Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Because sessions require preparation and dedicated time, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule. With 48+ hours’ notice, you may choose one of the following: • Reschedule your session at no additional cost • Request a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee Rescheduling terms: • Each session may be rescheduled one time only • If you cancel again after rescheduling, your payment is not refunded. A new session would need to be booked to receive a reading. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for refund or reschedule. Thank you for respecting the time, energy, and preparation that go into this work.
