By booking a session, reading, class, online course, or workshop with The Conscious Cougar or Gillian Harris Worldwide, you agree to the following:

I offer guidance, clarity, intuition, spiritual insight, and a whole lot of cosmic common sense — but I’m not here pretending to be your lawyer, doctor, therapist, accountant, or financial planner.

YOU remain the sovereign creator of your life.
You decide what to do with the information you receive.
Every insight, nudge, message, or download is yours to interpret and apply with your own wisdom, discernment, and grown-woman intuition.

Let me say the legal part with a soft smile and a dramatic hair flip:

All services are for entertainment and personal insight only.
They are not and will never be:

  • Legal advice

  • Medical advice

  • Financial forecasting

  • Psychological counseling

  • Business strategy

  • Therapy in disguise

  • Or a substitute for any licensed professional’s expertise

Refund/Cancellation Policy

For The Conscious Cougar / Gillian Harris Worldwide**

I value your time, preparation, and spiritual process — and I ask that you value mine. To keep scheduling smooth and respectful for everyone, please review the cancellation and refund terms below.

 

1. Sessions Are Non-Refundable

All bookings — including readings, coaching, Reiki, mediumship, classes, and consultations — are non-refundable. When you reserve a time, I reserve that energetic and practical space exclusively for you.

2. Cancellations Made 7+ Days in Advance

If you cancel seven or more days before your appointment:

  • You may cancel or reschedule

  • No penalty

  • No fee

  • Still non-refundable

  • Your payment simply applies to your new appointment
     

3. Cancellations Between 7 Days and 24 Hours

If you cancel between seven days and 24 hours before your session:

  • You may reschedule once

  • No refunds

  • No multiple rollovers

  • No additional credits beyond the one reschedule
     

4. Cancellations Within 24 Hours

If you cancel within 24 hours of your session:

  • The session is forfeited

  • No refunds

  • No reschedule

When a session is forfeited due to a late cancellation or a no-show, you are always welcome to book again — but a new appointment requires a new payment. The forfeited session does not roll over or transfer.
 

5. No-Shows

If you do not show up for your appointment and did not cancel:

  • The session is forfeited

  • No refund

  • No reschedule

  • A $50 No-Show Fee is required before you can book again
     

6. Packages & Bundles

All packages are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Valid for six months

  • Non-transferable

Sessions within a package follow the same cancellation rules above.
 

7. Classes, Courses & Workshops

All live and pre-recorded offerings are non-refundable.
If you miss a class, replay access will be provided when available.
Rescheduling is not available for classes unless otherwise stated.
 

8. Emergencies

If you experience a genuine emergency, you may email to request consideration for a reschedule or credit. These accommodations are offered at discretion and are not guaranteed.
 

9. Cancellations Initiated by Me

If I need to cancel your session or class, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
 

10. Agreement

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above.
